returns & refunds

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your item. If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service department at service@firstworldtrash.com or 504-202-8870 to begin the return process. You are responsible for mailing the item(s) back to us. Once your item is received, please allow 2-3 business day to process the return. Upon completion of the return, a refund, minus shipping and handling fees, will be issued. Please note that the item must be received in its original condition. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item has been used.
